21APR25 UPDATE:   Effective immediately, any ad/posting for a Cannabis related business or Cannabis related event (both of which were previously not allowed on the MSR group) will be double any of the below advertising rates.  This includes monthly, 6 month, annual and pinned featured ad rates.   It is highly recommended that you put in your post that the use and/or possession of cannabis in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways boundaries and any other federal land in the Missouri Scenic Rivers region is still not legal under federal law and to carry/use with that strictly in mind.   We don't want anyone to get ticketed based on ignorance of the law.  Eminence, MO is one such place that is within a boundary gap for the Jacks Fork, hence legal there on the river.

YOU HAVE 2 DIFFERENT ADVERTISING LEVELS + AN OPTIONAL PINNED AD CHOICE TO GIVE YOU THE MAXIMUM REACH FOR YOUR ADS:   Weekly post, Weekly post + high exposure pinned ad & unlimited posts.

With over 217,000 members on the group, a simple post to the FB group is a great way to reach a lot of people fast!  

LEVEL 1 (WEEKLY AD POST):   This is our most affordable option.   There are 3 different length of time ad options to choose from as follows:   The first, $30 for one month, you will be able to make one post on our Missouri Scenic Rivers Facebook group.   You will be able to edit/bump/reply to your SAME ORIGINAL POST ONCE PER WEEK for 1 month (so 4 post bumps in one month), therefore no making separate posts each week.  Just locate your original post on the group via the groups search feature to bump/edit or reply to it.   You will not be penalized for replying to a comment made by someone on your post and such reply does not count toward your weekly bump/edit/reply.    You can have as many pictures in that post as you want along with any links that you want.  For even more exposure pin this post to the top of the group (see below for more details on that optional add-on).     If you are a long term advertiser and want an even better savings, then we do have 2 long-term advertising specials.   If you advertise for 6 months, then you can get a price break at only $150 (which means you will get 1 month free).  That is an edit/bump/reply once per week for 26 weeks.   If you advertise for 1 year, then you can get  a much bigger price break at only $270 (which will be getting 3 months free).  That is an edit/bump/reply once per week for 52 weeks.     It is up to the advertiser to use their ad bumps weekly.   We offer no credits for ad bumps not used.     NOTE:   ALL WEEKLY AD POSTS MUST BEGIN WITH ADMIN PRE-APPROVED POST.

LEVEL 1 (OPTIONAL ADD-ON) - PIN/FEATURE YOUR POST AT THE TOP OF THE GROUP FOR A LOT MORE EXPOSURE:    For weekly ads you have the extra option to have your post ALSO featured (pinned) at the top of the facebook group for just $10 more per month per ad (see here).  This will give you DOUBLE THE EXPOSURE and your ad will remain at the top of the group in the featured section also for as long as your ad runs.    Ads pinned to the featured section at the top of the group periodically (and randomly) get shuffled by admin to be fair to all advertisers pinned in that top slot.  So, for example, if you wanted to do a 1 month weekly ad, then that would be $30 + the $10 feautured ad boost.   If you wanted to do the 1 year weekly ad, then that would be $270 + the $120 featured ad boost.   Your ad will be in 2 places at once.  In the regular posts (where you can bump/edit/reply to it once a week to raise it back up to the top of the group AND also pinned at the top of the group in the scrollable featured section).   You can not buy the featured pinned ad option solely by itself.  It has to be in combination with a regular weekly post ad.

LEVEL 2 (UNLIMITED AD POSTS):    This ad option was designed to give you the most freedom and flexibility.  This advertising option is $150 per month and you will be able to post at your leisure to the Missouri Scenic Rivers Facebook group with the relevant ads of your choosing (multiple direct, shared post ads or a single often edited ad  ..... it's your choice!).  You can post/share a new, multiple, or edit/bump/reply to your post(s) WHENEVER YOU WANT AND AS MANY AS YOU WANT* for 1 month.  You can have as many pictures in that post as you want along with any links that you want.   This option is geared more towards (but not limited to) event venues that have multiple posts that they want to get the word out to, real estate agents that have multiple listings to mention, and business facebook pages that want to make multiple direct or shared posts to reach the most amount of people.  This option does not offer the above mentioned pinned/featured option since posts will be more frequent and numerous on the group.    If a direct ad post is made to the group then you need to put ADMIN PRE-APPROVED POST at the beginning of it.  If your post is shared from your business facebook page, then those extra words are NOT required for this Level 3 option only.  *Keep in mind that overposting may annoy some members, so please use the unlimited posting with discretion.

SPECIAL NOTE 1:   If you are not a paying advertiser and try to post to the group with your "business Facebook page" as a regular post, then the post will likely not be approved or will be deleted if it does make it as a post on the group.  You will want to do regular posts from your personal Facebook page.   Posting this way with your "business Facebook page" is considered "indirect advertising" and it is considered the same as advertising.  If you are a paying advertiser and are trying to post to the group this way, then be sure you are abiding by the below Level advertising that you paid for which has frequency requirements.    If you prefer to post this way, then this type of posing would generally fall under the advertising option above.    If in doubt on if your post is ok or not, then message admin Steve King first.

SPECIAL NOTE 2:   If you are not a paying advertiser and try to post to the group "AN EVENT" as a regular post, then the post will most likely have its comments turned off if it is approved (exceptions have been made for organizations and special causes).  If the event post is approved, then it will likely be only allowed posted once or twice before the event (since not a paid ad) depending on how soon the event is to the post date.  To get the maximum exposure for your event post and not have the comments turned off and guaranteed that your event post makes it to the group when you need it seen the most, then you will need to be a paid advertiser as stated under one of the option #1 choices above.   Not all event posts will be approved as an unpaid ad post if we feel that it is continued indirect advertising for ones business.    Message admin Steve King on the Facebook group if you have any questions.

The Lodging links are linked via the navigation menu at the top/side of this website (location).  Scroll through it and look for Lodging and select from the drop down menu the lodging page that interests you.    

This is a basic text listing with a link to your site.   This is a lifetime listing for only $50/life for one lodging page (future edits have a small fee, see below).    So, once your listed there you are there for the life of the site.  A great deal!

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS/EDITS:   If your property lays in a location that it is between multiple rivers and you want your listing on a 2nd page (i.e Jacks Fork and Upper Current River pages), then that optional 2nd link would be $50/yr. (not a lifetime fee on the 2nd link).   If you ever need to edit your existing link or text, then that would be $20 per edit instance.  That includes if you want to add a 2nd link in your listing (per say to a facebook page or AirBNB link or VRBO link).      

There are 4 mile-by-mile lodging pages for the 3 Missouri Scenic Rivers in the drop down menu above, so find the one that is right for you and let us know the mile marker that you are closest to (you can only pick one lodging page).    NOTE:   If we ever find a dead link then it will be removed and you will have to pay again in full to have it reinstated.
